Her background includes financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, project cost tracking, billing, and process improvement.

Her experience in the legal sector has given her a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy, accountability, and compliance, particularly in areas involving trust accounting, billing, financial controls, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Taj takes a proactive approach to her work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. She enjoys understanding financial processes from beginning to end, identifying issues early, and finding practical ways to make processes clearer, more consistent, and easier to manage.

She is comfortable adapting to different accounting systems and technologies and values clear communication, sound judgment, and collaboration, particularly when financial, compliance, or operational matters require attention.

Taj also enjoys contributing to process improvements, strengthening controls, and creating greater consistency within accounting operations.
