2026 NCC Clean Energy Summit

Macpherson Law LLP will be in action at the 2026 NCC Clean Energy Summit hosted by the National Coalition of Chiefs.



If you are in the area and inclined consider coming out to see me and the NCC speakers. 



This evening I will be leading a “fireside chat” with Tano T’enneh CEO Evan Salter at the reception. The discussion will focus on Tano T’enneh’s $450M dollar clean energy project in the Hixon area of BC. 



Tomorrow at 11:45am I will give a talk on the folllowing: “Getting Ahead of the Curve: The NRTA, Indigenous Rights, and the Future of Resource Development in Alberta.”



Tomorrow at 2 pm I will be joining as a panelist on what will surely be a most interesting discussion: “Northern Gateway 2.0”.
